An important function of the Swedish Investment Fund Association is to compile, systematise and publish up-to-date fund statistics.
Around the 10th of every month, member companies report their net flows – sales and redemptions – in the various types of fund which can be found under the respective headings.
New saving and assets under management, classified by households and corporations, are reported quarterly. The saving of households is divided into direct fund saving and pension saving, which in turn is divided into unit-linked, individual pension savings (IPS) and premium pension saving. The statistics are published one month after the end of every quarter.
Asset values show the assets of Swedish fund savers invested in investment funds.
